Whether you are a parent who wants to take advantage of our gym facility while your child is taking his/her martial arts class, or you just want to access our facility strictly for fitness center purposes, we have all the equipment you need to get a great workout.

Our fully equipped fitness centers in Bryan's Road and La Plata offer LifeFitness, Hammerstrength, Iron Grip, and Star Trac equipment.  Each facility has its own spinning room, group exercise room, cardio room, and weight room.

Spa Features

Enjoy our tanning service. Tanning is $25/month or $10 as an add-on to your current gym/martial arts membership.  

La Plata
Enjoy our tanning and Sauna Amenities! Tanning is $25/month or $5 as an add-on to your current gym/martial arts membership.  

The Fringe:
Our La Plata location is equipped with a hair salon/make-up salon. They specialize in dimensional color, specialty color, cuts, waxing, perms, extensions, special-occasion, bridal hair, Keratin smoothing, ear candling, permanent makeup as well as Jane Iredale makeovers. All new clients will receive a first-time discount of 15% off a service!

JTR Combat & Self-Defense

Ages: 13+

LEARN SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS & BUILD CONFIDENCE 

Help build your confidence, physical strength, discipline, focus, and moral character. Our JTR (Jigo Tenshin-Ryu) Jujutsu program led by Sensei Walker is structured with a multitude of fun conditioning exercises, martial arts movement combinations, and several exciting games. Students learn practical self-defense techniques, from the "non-sport" traditional martial arts philosophy to include: conflict resolution, de-escalation tactics to deal with aggressors they may encounter in school or their everyday life. 

Students will meet in small group settings to participate in high-intensity exercises to help build strength, coordination, flexibility, endurance, agility, and balance.
