Our two 15,000 square foot fitness centers are fully furnished with LifeFitness, Hammer Strength, and Iron Grip equipment. You would have access to both locations at no additional charge with a gym membership. In addition, you would gain access to all of our great group exercise classes.
Personal training is available at each location to help you further reach your fitness needs. At our Bryans Road location, you can enjoy a nourishing protein shake at our smoothie bar after your workout
We offer classes in Spin, Kettlebells, Yoga, and Boot Camp amongst many others. There is something for everyone at our facilities and if you are unsure why not engage one of our personal trainers to design a program specially tailored to your needs and current fitness level?
A fitness boot camp class that offers challenging and varied types of interval training with an emphasis on strength training using light weights and higher repetitions. The goal of this fitness boot camp class is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.
Pedal your way to a better you with Spin. Down in the saddle or out of the saddle and taking on a steep hill….doesn’t matter, each instructor has a unique style to keep you pushing. Novice or expert, young or seasoned, come get your ride on in one of our Spin classes with one of our great Spin Instructors!
Looking for a high-energy and fun class that can help you quickly burn calories and fat and increase cardio endurance? Check out the HIIT - Tabata style class for a fun form of high-intensity interval training.
The class features 4-minute rotations with eight exercises per song. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds at a fast pace, with a 10-second rest period in between. The goal is to provide a fun, high energy total body workout for all levels of fitness ability.
Put your gloves on and get your water because you are going to have to go a few rounds! This class is all about getting in shape using tossing bags, heavy bags, and your body to push you to the next level.

Although I am from Arlington, I would go all the way to Maryland once a week to enjoy of a good quality Taekwondo sparring with fellow students and instructors. The administration is very professional, and the classes are enjoyable for all ages. Plus the location offers many other amenities, well recommended!
